Cancellation & Refund Policy

How cancellations work, what happens to your data, and when refunds apply.

We want you to stay because AviaSkill helps you succeed — not because it's hard to leave. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your subscription and our refund policy.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your AviaSkill subscription at any time. No phone calls, no chat with support, no hoops to jump through.

  1. Sign in to your AviaSkill account
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click Manage Subscription (opens the Stripe Customer Portal)
  4. Click Cancel plan
  5. Confirm your cancellation

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to all features until then.

After your billing period ends, you'll lose access to paid features (study modes, exam simulator, AI tutor, progress tracking). Your account and all your data remain intact — nothing is deleted. If you resubscribe later, everything will be right where you left it.

Refund Policy

Free Trial (7 Days)

Your free trial is completely free — no payment method required. If you don't subscribe after the trial, you're never charged. There's nothing to refund.

Monthly Subscriptions ($14.99/month)

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the first day of each billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us at support@aviaskill.com within 7 days of the charge. We'll review your case and issue a refund if appropriate.

Yearly Subscriptions ($149.99/year)

Yearly subscriptions are billed as a single annual payment. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on yearly plans. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your 12-month billing period.

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial yearly purchase and have not used the platform extensively, contact us at support@aviaskill.com. We'll consider a full refund on a case-by-case basis.

Referral Discounts

If you received a referral discount (20% off), the refund amount (if applicable) will reflect the discounted price you actually paid — not the full price.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aviaskill.com with your account email and a brief description of your situation. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Switching Plans

Monthly to Yearly

Upgrading from monthly to yearly applies the yearly rate starting immediately. Stripe prorates the change automatically — you receive credit for any unused time on your current monthly billing cycle.

Yearly to Monthly

Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of your current yearly billing period. You keep yearly access until it expires, then transition to monthly billing.

During Free Trial

You can choose either monthly or yearly when your trial ends. No charge until you select a plan.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

If you subscribed using a promotional code (including referral discounts), the following applies:

  • Promotional discounts apply to the specific billing period indicated (e.g., "first month" or "first payment")
  • After the promotional period, your subscription renews at the standard rate
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
  • Refunds for promotional subscriptions are based on the amount actually paid
